Otherwise, the turn passes to the next player. You can also choose NOT to play a card you could play in your hand. If this is the case, you must draw a card from the DRAW pile. If the drawn card can be played, you can discard it in the same turn, but you cannot play any other card from your hand besides the one you drew. Functions of Action Cards Draw 2 Cards - When you play this card, the next player draws 2 cards and cannot play that hand. NOTE: If you suspect a 'Draw 4 Cards and Joker' card has been played illegally (e.g., a player has a matching card in their hand), you can challenge that player. The player you are challenging must show their hand to you or the player who is challenging. If they are guilty, the player you are challenging must draw 4 cards on your behalf. However, if the player you are challenging is innocent, you draw 4 cards PLUS 2 more cards (6 in total)! Shuffle Hands Card - When you play this card, collect ALL the cards from EACH player. Shuffle all the cards and deal them back to each player, starting with the player to the left of the player. Deal until there are no cards left. This may mean that some players have significantly more or fewer cards than they have. Play continues in the same direction as the game. This card is also a wild card, so the player chooses the color to continue playing. You can write any game rule you want on the special Joker Card with a pen. The only limit is your imagination (and the approval of the other players). Before the game begins, determine how many of these cards you will include in the game. You can use just one or all of them; the decision is yours. Because this is a 'Joker' card, you can play this card even if you have another card in your hand.
