My 2nd Day in Romania’s Public Shelter: Rescues, Bites, and Falling in Love 🐾

Welcome back to Day 2 of my journey at the Botoșani Public Shelter in Romania. If Day 1 was eye-opening, Day 2 was an absolute rollercoaster of emotions. In this video, you will see the raw, unfiltered reality of what these shelter dogs go through every single day. Things took a dramatic turn when we found a poor dog who had gotten his head completely stuck in the metal kennel bars—it was a race against time to free him before he panicked or got seriously hurt. Working in a high-stress environment like a public shelter comes with real risks, and unfortunately, I ended up getting bitten today. But amidst the chaos, the noise, and the heartbreak, something magical happened. I crossed paths with a dog that completely stole my heart. I think I found my absolute soulmate here in Botoșani. Of course, I’ll also introduce you to the endless rows of adorable, innocent puppies who are all desperately wishing for a safe home and a family to love them.
