Spirit of Progress | Legends of Victoria's North East Line

Join us on a journey back in time to celebrate one of Australia's greatest trains, and how the Spirit of Progress has been preserved in railway history. The Spirit of Progress was a stalwart symbol of luxury rail travel in Australia, and possibly the entire Southern Hemisphere. On the 5th of November 2022, Seymour Railway Hertiage Centre operated a Cruise Express charter, in the the name of the old Spirit, between Melbourne (Southern Cross) and Albury.
