Making Mom's 1970s Dill Dip!

We're visiting the folks in Illinois, and today, Mom is making her famous Dill Dip. It's better than Ranch, gasp! It really is amazing with plenty of herbs and seasonings like Beau Monde by Spice Islands. This dip rocks with crackers, chips, and fresh veggies! It truly is summer in a bowl, so let's get started! Mom's Dill Dip Recipe 1 C. sour cream (I use Daisy's Light sour cream) 1 C. mayo (I use Duke's, and the light version is good) 1 TBL. dried chives 1 TBL. dried minced onion 1 TBL. dried parsley 1 TBL. dried dill weed 1 TBL. Beau Monde seasoning by Spice Islands Mix. Allow an hour or two to meld flavors. Great with chips, crackers, and fresh veggies. Store in fridge up to a week.
