Indígenas Bloqueiam BR-230 em Itaituba Contra Marco Temporal
Indígenas da etnia Munduruku bloquearam a rodovia BR-230, conhecida como Transamazônica, em Itaituba, sudoeste do Pará. O protesto é uma manifestação contra a Lei 14.701/2023, que estabelece o novo Marco Temporal para demarcação de terras indígenas. Os manifestantes argumentam que a legislação limita a autonomia sobre seus territórios e permite a exploração mineral por não-indígenas em áreas tradicionalmente ocupadas.
