This week I ran one of Sydney's most scenic parkruns. Three laps, gardens from around the world, and a hidden hill that adds up fast if you're not ready for it. Galston Parkrun is a free weekly 5K held every Saturday at 8:00am at Fagan Park, Arcadia Road, Galston NSW 2159. It's a 3-lap course on mostly sealed path with some grass, taking in lakes, bridges, gardens and birdlife, with roughly 25m of elevation gain on each lap.
