Adv Andrea Johnson's Case COLLAPSES under CROSS Questioning!

IDAC head Advocate Andrea Johnson returns to the Madlanga Commission — and Commissioner Sandile Khumalo takes her affidavit apart paragraph by paragraph. Johnson had stated under oath that a senior Crime Intelligence appointment was made without suitable qualifications. Commissioner Khumalo then puts the actual file in front of her: a degree in industrial engineering, a diploma in mechatronics, and roughly twelve further certificates. Her answer: "In terms of the documents that I now have sight of, that is incorrect. She does have the qualification." Asked to withdraw the phrase "token appointment," Johnson goes further and apologises to the commission.
