LOK-TIGHT and a lot of it The goal for this was to suck the bags up as much as I could without to much evasive reconstruction to the items used. What I did is warmed the lower portion of the saddlebag with a heat gun do not get it to warm. while saddlebag is warm close lid and latch it then wait for it to cool off before opening back up. This helped a-lot. im unsure on nasty hog customer service though
