3 Ingredient Country Style Biscuit Recipe
Recipe: 2 cups self rising flour 1 cup cold milk/buttermilk 1/4 cup salted butter (half a stick) ***If using unsalted butter add a 1/4 tsp. salt. 1. Cut cold butter into self rising flour. 2. Add cold milk, or buttermilk and stir just until combined. 3. Need gently approximately 10 turns. 4. Pat dough out to desired thickness. 5. Cut biscuits place on lined baking pan and bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 425°F. 6. Fresh biscuits with 2 tablespoons of melted salted butter as they come out of the oven and serve.
