This production is a beautiful "POP"ularization of the classic Thyagaraja kriti - Vasudevayani, with a mix of both Carnatic and Western music aspects. Using the raga Kalyani, the singers Karuna Suresh & Sanjana Suresh explore and create note patterns ably accompanied by Instrumentalists Siddaarth Mohan on the Keyboard, Shravun Sunkum on the Violin, Samir Agrawal on the Saxophone, Divya Narayanan on the Bass Guitar and Keshav Sriram on the Mridangam.
