Trying To Fix Nutribullet Portable

Trying to fix a Nutribullet Portable, which won't charge, will this be another 18650 battery issue or something else? I didn't even know they had made a portable version of this until this video, so will be a fun exercise to open this one up, hopefully will get a Christmas miracle and will be an easy fix....
