With nearly 1800 startups in his portfolio, 12 published books with over 12 million copies sold, and for six consecutive years Bossa Invest, his venture capital firm, has been among the top 10 in the world. Besides that, he's also a partner in Non Stop, the largest influencer agency in Brazil. But what surprised me that day wasn't the numbers. It was the routine. No boat, no packed schedule until midnight, no ostentation. While many people imagine that an angel investor of this caliber lives surrounded by luxury, Kepler goes to bed early, writes early in the morning, and reserves the evenings for his family. I attended meetings with mentees, went to the event where he spoke for almost two hours about how companies grow in the new economy. I also talked to Theo Braga, his son, who is also an entrepreneur.
