Sambhal Masjid SC Hearing: संभल जामा मस्जिद को लेकर आज सुप्रीम सुनवाई | Breaking news | UP News उत्तर प्रदेश के संभल में जामा मस्जिद के सर्वे को लेकर शुक्रवार (29 नवंबर) को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई है। इस दौरान सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बड़ा फैसला सुनाया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सर्वे पर रोक लगाते हुए याचिकाकर्ता को हाईकोर्ट जाने को कहा है। मामले में कोर्ट ने कहा कि हाईकोर्ट का फैसला आने तक कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की जाएगी। दरअसल, मस्जिद कमेटी की तरफ से सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका डाली गई थी। वहीं इस मामले में CJI जस्टिस संजीव खन्ना और जस्टिस संजय कुमार की बेंच ने मामले की सुनवाई की। मुस्लिम पक्ष की तरफ से सुप्रीम कोर्ट में वकील हुजैफा अहमदी ने मस्जिद सर्वे को लेकर सवाल उठाए। मस्जिद कमेटी की तरफ से निचली अदालत के सर्वे के आदेश को चुनौती दी गई। वहीं अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस मामले पर निर्देश जारी कर दिए हैं। A hearing regarding the survey of the Jama Masjid in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh, took place in the Supreme Court on Friday (November 29). During this proceeding, the Supreme Court delivered a significant ruling. While staying the survey, the Supreme Court directed the petitioner to approach the High Court. In this matter, the Court stated that no action is to be taken until a decision is rendered by the High Court. Notably, a petition had been filed in the Supreme Court on behalf of the Mosque Committee. The case was heard by a bench comprising CJI Justice Sanjiv Khanna and Justice Sanjay Kumar. Representing the Muslim side, Advocate Huzefa Ahmadi raised objections in the Supreme Court regarding the mosque survey. The Mosque Committee had challenged the lower court's order for the survey.
