Head Down to Sit Back Flip Sign Off - April 26, 2026

After a couple weeks off we're back at head down progression! This session focused on super positioning and head down to sit back flip transitions. Super positioning made some progress and I nabbed the sign off for the transition. The last Level 4 static skill is super positioning. With luck, I'll get it next week. I was gassed by the end so we switched to some low speed follow the leader. Megan always puts me to shame on those. Head down windspeed was 94%
