I Might Have Solved The Problem With My Huge V12

The original downdraft Stromberg carburettors on my 8.1 litre American LaFrance V12 simply aren't going to fit beneath the bonnet of my 1930s-style Speedster. So it's time for a completely new plan. This is the first step in redesigning the induction system for the V12 Speedster build. In this episode I remove the enormous cast manifolds, explore the fascinating history and unusual design of this remarkable engine, and develop a completely new induction layout using three SU HS8 carburettors mounted in the V. For now it's only a mock-up, but if the idea works, it should completely transform the packaging of the engine while keeping the vintage character I'm aiming for.
