Woudsend is about 20 minutes from our holiday home https://schakelvilla.de and is a well-known water sports location. Many marinas have their offices there. Due to its location between two Frisian lakes (Heegermeer and Slotermeer), Woudsend is right on the Eleven Cities route. The former trading village has retained its old charm.
