Brother Extra Tough Sewing Machine - First Impressions and Putting it Trough its Paces

The Brother FS60X Extra Tough computerised sewing machine is new on the market here in New Zealand, and other countries I assume, as of late 2020. I'm going to unbox and give my first impressions, also I'll put it through its paces and see if it's suitable for denim, as stated on the box. Suitable for denim is one thing, but how thick a denim seam can it handle? A denim jean leg hem has up to 12 layers of denim. I test the machine with a 35 weight thread suitable for the job and Schmetz Jeans Needle size 110/18. It seems to me that this machine is direct competition to the Singer Heavy Duty type machines, although the Singer machines are mechanical where as the Brother here is computerised. It boasts a heavy duty metal frame, powerful motor, 60 built in stitches, suitable for denim and stretch fabrics.
