That is why I am so happy to have found and tried this awesome recipe from PlanKetogenic. * * * * 00:01 Hello, everyone! For today's video we're going to make PlanKetogenic Keto Pandesal. 00:09 But before anything else, please don't forget to like, subscribe and hit the bell for updates. 00:15 Here are the ingredients. 00:18 One and one-fourth cups Almond Flour 00:20 Five tablespoons Psyllium Husk 00:23 Two teaspoons Baking Powder 00:26 Half teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt 00:29 Two teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar 00:32 Three pieces large Eggs 00:35 Three-fourth to one cup HOT Water 00:38 and one tablespoon Olive Oil 00:41 Watch out for the Ingredients List before the video ends. 00:45 Now let's begin 00:48 In a bowl we will be mixing the dry ingredients starting with the Almond Flour. 00:58 Next is the Whole Psyllium Husk 01:02 Baking Powder 01:06 And the salt 01:11 Mix the dry ingredients altogether. 01:29 After mixing this, set this aside for the meantime. 01:34 Let's prepare 2 bowls because we will be separating the egg whites from the yolks. 01:44 This is my preferred method of doing this but if you have other ways to separate the whites from the yolks, then go ahead. 01:58 For this recipe we will only be using the egg whites. 02:02 Time to get the bowl of dry ingredients and we will be adding the egg whites here. 02:11 Then add some Apple Cider Vinegar 02:16 And Olive Oil 02:20 And then we will start mixing 02:35 We will be adding hot water next. 02:39 I prefer to do this by adding the hot water gradually and mixing in between. 02:49 As you do this, please take note of the texture because we need to form a dough. 03:06 And here's how our pandesal dough looks like 03:11 Now we will be laying out a baking mat and you will be placing the dough in the center. 03:18 Shape it into one large ball. 03:23 And then divide the large balls into 8 portions. 03:29 Let's try our best to divide this equally. 03:43 Next is we're going to shape each portion into smaller balls. 03:49 Make sure your hands are moist with olive oil to avoid mess. 04:14 Here they are... 04:19 Now, place them on a baking tray. 04:33 And now they are ready for the oven. 04:37 Make sure oven has been pre-heated before baking at 180 degrees C 04:43 Set the timer at 50 minutes 04:49 After 50 minutes, lower down the temperature to 150 degrees C and set the timer at 10 minutes. 04:59 After 10 minutes, take them out of the oven 05:06 Here are our lovely pandesal. 05:12 And here's a closer look 05:25 Of course, we won't miss trying it out. 05:30 This pandesal is so good.
