(4K) Canadian International Air Show 2024 Performer Arrivals | Toronto Pearson

Hey everyone! Welcome to the Canadian International Air Show of 2024! For the 75th anniversary of the show and to help celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Royal Canadian Air Force, we are once again privileged to have the Royal Air Force Red Arrows as a part of the show on their Maple Hawk- Canada Tour. Action started on Monday with quick turn of a Royal Air Force Airbus A400M bringing in equipment for the Red Arrows from their previous show at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Greenwood. Tuesday had the arrival of the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) Snowbirds, a return from the Airbus A400M with the rest of the equipment and the Royal Air Force Red Arrows with a phenomenal 12-ship overhead formation break for RWY 23. The Ministry of Ontario Natural Resources CL-415 Super Scooper arrived Wednesday afternoon along with a Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) CH-147F Chinook that took the Red Arrows pilots to an event at Niagara Falls that evening. Thursday brought the fighters to finish off the arrivals. The Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) CF-18 Hornet Demo Team arrived as ‘HORNET 100’ on RWY 05 with a straight in approach. This was followed two hours later by the United States Air Force (USAF) F-22 Raptor Demo Team who did a little sight survey over the show site by the lake before arriving straight in as ‘RAPTOR 1’.
