This video will help you address limited mobility in this joint by loosening and stretching tight muscles. In this short video, I'll introduce you to the structure of the ankle joint, perform a mobility test, and perform exercises to help you increase it. Among the exercises that increase range of flexion, I've also included some that require the use of resistance bands. Fix your ankle joints and increase their range of motion.
