Fly Fishing Montana's Beaverhead River in May [Episode # 62]

In this show we use nymphs and streamers to catch and release some really nice brown trout on the upper section of the Beaverhead River near Henneberry fishing access. It is a cold, wet and windy day in early May. there is not much of a dry fly hatch, so we stick with nymphs, such as San Juan worm patterns, Sow bugs, Pheasant tails, and streamers like a black sculpin pattern.
