Personally, I remember well that in my childhood no one spent a lot of time on constant weeding or complex tying of bushes - and the harvests were still excellent! Maybe earlier varieties were more resistant, and hybrids were fewer? In this video, I decided to conduct a bold experiment in my garden and check whether this old "lazy" method would work on modern tomatoes. I show my beds under a thick layer of mulch, the first results, the formation of bushes and the appearance of the first fruits.
