Part 1 of a four-week series intended to provide strategies and support for those who are going through their own withdrawal journeys. Please note that I am not a doctor and I do not give medical advice. This is simply an opportunity for me to share my story with those in need of a little hope in these particularly intense times. I know that when I was going through antidepressant withdrawal, I would have given anything to know that there was someone else out there who'd spent half their life on antidepressants and managed to get off all the drugs and find happiness. It is not an easy road, but it is possible when you know that there is light to be found in the darkness.
