About the Moller pipe-organ Mighty Mo boasts 42 sets of pipes, these sets are voiced to present organ sounds like diapason and tibia, but also orchestral sounds like the oboe, French horn, trumpet, violins, tuba, clarinet and more. Additionally, as a theatre pipe organ, the Moller boasts real percussions such as xylophone, glockenspiel, chimes, drums, and cymbals plus special sound effects used for accompanying silent films. When the Fox opened in 1929, Mighty Mo was the largest theatre pipe organ in existence (surpassed by Radio City Music Hall in 1932).
