In this video, we test 0.05mm stainless steel using our precision leveling machine to check whether the material remains flat after leveling and whether there is visible springback. The sample in this test was cut manually with scissors, which can introduce extra deformation, twisting, edge stress, and burrs. Even under this less ideal cutting condition, the material shows a stable leveling result. For actual production parts, such as die-cut shapes with narrow legs, a proper die-cutting process with correct clearance and holding pressure can provide more uniform cutting force and better flatness consistency.
