Plov / Plow - rice pot with meat and Carrots - old dish from Uzbekistan or Central Asia. No other court in Uzbekistan is as important as Plov. Preparing this rice dish is considered particularly difficult and many Uzbeks still believe that a "real" Plov can only be cooked by an Uzbek master chef.
