Newly built! It's been eight months since I won a prefectural housing project. This time, I'll be revealing everything. Completed in 2022! I moved in mid-April 2022. In 2010 (at age 49), I suffered a cerebral hemorrhage and collapsed, leaving me paralyzed on my left side. I am a Class 1, Level 2 physically disabled person. I went from being bedridden and using disposable diapers to using a wheelchair! And then, from a wheelchair to walking with a cane! Rehabilitation for survival! I'll show you the rehabilitation I've been doing since I collapsed. With this simple method, I can walk happily without a cane! Daily life after being discharged from the hospital I'm doing independent rehabilitation at home and in the park. As a disabled person, I want to share my experiences (struggles and successes) with as many people as possible! I want to share them! What am I doing now that I'm alive? I live each day thinking about what actions I should take. I hope that my experiences, words, and a little encouragement can be offered to those suffering from the same illness. It's been full of ups and downs! I've been lucky to live an incredibly fun life. There are still ups and downs to come! As long as you keep smiling, you can do anything! It's fun! Even simple things that I normally do without thinking about it have become difficult since I got sick. I hope these little hints and inspiring moments will help you through that. I collapsed and continued rehabilitation, and I'm feeling much better now. I'm introducing an (incredibly) amazing rehabilitation method that has improved my paralysis. Outside on nice days! At home on cold days! If you continue with simple self-training and rehabilitation without overdoing it, you'll definitely improve even more. I've experienced it firsthand. Please try it! Try it out.
