In this video, I show how I knit cables without a cable needle. You can find the diagram for the cable shown in the video at 00:41. In the diagram, the black circle indicates purl stitches on the right side and knit stitches on the wrong side. The empty square represents knit stitches on the right side and purl stitches on the wrong side. Note: the first row (out of 4) is a purl row.
