Dubai Metro Green Line - Etisalat to Dubai Healthcare City - Speedup [1080p]

I took a ride on the newly opened Dubai Metro Green Line. It has been opened on 9/9/2011 and features 18 stations with 6 underground at 22.5 KM track length going from Etisalat (Al-Qusais) to Creek. 2 stations are though not yet opened - Those being Al Jadaf and Creek, so the trains travel between Etisalat and Dubai Healthcare City. I was disappointed, though, to hear the announcements calling the train to Creek, instead to Dubai Healthcare City, which can definitely cause some confusion with the passengers. The reason for that might be that the trains have to continue to Creek, after all passengers left the train at Dubai Healthcare City, to terminate and change tracks. It would be interesting to know, though, if the trains actually stop at Al Jadaf and Creek stations and open the doors. Anyways: The train atendee has to announce the last stop by microphone. Overall the Green Line features some very interesting points. It is possible to see the Al-Qusais Depot from the huge Metro car park, where I might think of making a video of action at the depot, if I find out if I need permission or not. Furtheron the Abu Bakr Seddiq station features a beautiful glass design and all underground stations feature an always different design, some being like a Souq. Good job on that! This video shows a speedup of the entire Green Line from Etisalat to Dubai Healthcare City seen from the Gold Class. The trip to the first stop is shown in normal speed to show the regular feeling in the trains. The Dubai Metro once again broke all records being the world's longest driverless metro system with now two lines and maybe more to come.
