Final concert of the 10th International FRANZ LISZT Piano Competition Weimar-Bayreuth 2021 Valentin Magyar, piano (3rd prize winner) Staatskapelle Weimar Conductur: Dominik Beykirch Until the age of 15, he has almost exclusively played works by Franz Liszt, says Valentin Magyar, who studies at the renowned Liszt Academy in Budapest. In 2017 he already won a 2nd prize and the special prize for the best interpretation of a Bartók piece at the 5th International “Béla Bartók” piano competition in Graz (Austria). Solo concerts took him all over Hungary, to Vienna and Belgrade.
