TESTANDO ALGO NOVO NO MOTORHOME

After a few days recharging our batteries, getting our lives in order, and planning our next steps, we're back full of energy! 💛 And what better way to do that than by testing a recipe in our motorhome? Honestly? We weren't prepared for the result. The aroma filled our entire motorhome and officially became one of our favorite road trip recipes. And we had great company for afternoon coffee – who do you think came to try this delicious treat with us? After that, we set off to explore the most famous tourist spot in Porto Seguro, Bahia. Crystal-clear sea and abundant marine life – that wonderful feeling of living exactly where we should be. Some days seem simple, but they end up becoming memories we'll cherish forever. As promised, here are the ingredients: Cheese Bread Cake 3 whole eggs 1 cup of milk 1 cup of oil 1 teaspoon of salt 200g of grated Minas cheese 3 cups of sour cassava starch 1 tablespoon of baking powder Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes, then let it cool for about 40 minutes before unmolding to prevent it from collapsing.
