Why I Deleted Instagram as an Artist

In this video, I discuss why I deleted Instagram, one of the worlds largest social media platforms as a Musician/Creative. Although it may have some benefits i.e. sharing my work, connecting with an audience and other creatives, I don't believe our mental health should suffer in order to perform well on an App. Life is short ... and hard enough already haha. I believe technology can be used to make our lives easier, healthier and more prosperous. However, it often feels like it does the opposite.
