Bikepacking France's Atlantic Coast // La Velodyssee | EuroVelo 1 & 3

Join us on our 8-day bikepacking adventure along EuroVelo 1, riding the beautiful Atlantic Coast of France from Hendaye to Bordeaux. 🚴‍♀️🌊 From endless beaches and charming coastal towns to forest trails and wine country, this stretch of the EuroVelo route was unforgettable. After reaching Bordeaux, we decided to turn around and continue on EuroVelo 3… which, in hindsight, might not have been the best idea. Unlike EuroVelo 1, this route is far less developed and made for some challenging (and unexpected) riding. Unfortunately, our trip came to an abrupt end when Nicole’s passport was stolen - a huge setback, especially since we needed it for our upcoming wedding!
