The facelifted BMW 5 Series G30 looks the same at first glance as it did before, but thanks to changes to the sedan's engine, it's much safer. The refreshed BMW 5 Series is available in two body styles: sedan and wagon. Rear-wheel drive or xDrive all-wheel drive are also available. Engines include 4-, 6-, and 8-cylinder models, from the 520i and 518d to the M550i xDrive. All 4- and 6-cylinder engines are now either mild hybrids or plug-in hybrids.
