This week's episode of "Tam Amphoe Chan," hosted by Anocha Sirijon, Chalermpol Tanthiwisut, and Maprang Natthida Suksri, takes us on a quest to find "squid" at Ban Pak Khlong, Bang Saphan Noi District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. During squid season, villagers prepare hundreds of squid traps along the beach using eucalyptus wood to create the frame and sesame leaves to cover the traps. They then head out to sea to retrieve the squid traps, located approximately 30 kilometers offshore. Retrieving the traps is done by observing the rows of sticks and buoys floating in the sea. Follow us in the kitchen to create delicious dishes like Stir-fried Squid with Salted Eggs, a rich, creamy dish with a bouncy squid texture, and fried, sun-dried squid.
