Deadly Beating Press Conference
Waltham Newswatch, June 8, 2026 During a press conference at Waltham Police headquarters Monday, Middlesex D.A. Marian Ryan describes the road rage incident on May 27 at Woodside's Service Center (Sunoco) at 305 Weston Street that led to the death of Waltham man Nick Dagostino, 23. Timothy Scalisi, 31, also of Waltham, will be arraigned Monday on charges of manslaughter and assault and battery causing serious bodily injury in connection with the “deadly beating,” Ryan said. Authorities are still seeking additional witnesses who might have information or video related to the alleged incident.
