As home prices continue to soar in the GTHA, many people have been left wondering whether they will ever be able to afford to purchase a house. Dr. Paul Kershaw is a policy professor at the University of British Columbia school of population and public health and the founder of Generation Squeeze. He says if policies don't change, cities could risk becoming "generational ghost towns."
