Compared to my last birthday, I feel stronger and more grateful for how far I’ve come. I originally planned a birthday trip to Kamakura, but the rain changed my plans. Instead, I enjoyed a steak dinner, went to karaoke by myself, and had the most meaningful moment of all—speaking with my family.
