WE TRAINED IN CHINA (again) Wushu Vlog Episode 1

Welcome to Episode 1 of The Great British Wushu Adventure. We're travelling across China to support Huicong Liu as she competes at The World Games 2025 in Chengdu. Before the competition begins, we're stopping off to train at Jia Wu Tang Wushu Club—one of the top traditional wushu schools in the city. Having previously trained here in 2023 while preparing for the World Kung Fu Championships, it was incredible to return, reunite with the coaches, and push our skills alongside talented athletes in one of China's best training environments. This is the first of four episodes documenting our journey across China, from intense training sessions and local culture to world-class competition.
