This recipe also called as Shell Tofu, Cutie Tofu, etc.‎ With all respect, I have modified some of its ingredients to ‎match my personal taste.‎ ‎ Ingredients‎ ‎ The Main Ingredients ‎ 2000 grams white tofu. ‎* 250 grams or about 3 to 4 carrots. ‎* 240 grams or 4 pieces of Corn Vermicelli. ‎* 4 eggs. ‎* 2 tsp powder broth, replaceable with 1 Sachet ready-to-use ‎Royco Chicken or Beef powder. ‎* 1 teaspoon ground pepper. ‎* 3 to 4 teaspoons of salt, suit your taste. ‎* 3 to 5 celery sticks or Spring onions.‎ ‎ Ingredients for the Mashed Spices ‎ 8 to 10 cloves of garlic. ‎* 50 grams or about 7 to 8 cloves of Shallot, optional. ‎^^ It’s fine to use only the garlic, it’s tasty enough already. ‎* 5 pieces of dried Ebi (shrimp), optional.‎ ‎ Ingredients for the Dipping (Version 1)‎ ‎ 3 eggs. ‎* 50 grams or about 3 tablespoons full of Cassava Tapioca Flour. ‎* ½ cup of water. ‎* ½ teaspoon salt, stir well.‎ ‎ // Note The above ingredients are for the Version 1 Dipping.
