Small Talk: Do Men Struggle with Colorism?

Colorism is defined as differential of treatment based on skin tones within an ethnicity. It’s typically viewed as showing favoritism to those of lighter skin toned and the opposite treatment to those with darker skin tones. My colleague and I had the great opportunity to sit down and have a discussion with both men and women and explore their journey, both positive and negative as it pertains to colorism.
