Mozzarella made without rennet and only vinegar can be successful and equally delicious. Follow me on Instagram:   / avocado_bog   Mozzarella recipe 1 Litre Pasterized Milk 1/3 cups of white vinegar If you don't have a thermometer at home, the finger dipping method is an alternative. The right temperature is when you can dip your finger in the warm milk comfortably for a few second. DO NOT PUT YOUR FINGER IN HOT BOILING MILK. The milk should NOT come to a boil, overheating may affect the milk from curdling. It should also not come to a simmer, see video for reference. Tips: make sure when you buy milk, it's not UHT milk because it's been treated in ultra high temperature which cause it to not curd. Most milk is pasterized, if you can find raw milk, that's supposedly the best type to make cheese(but really hard to find).
