In Indonesia, I eat water spinach almost every day. At restaurants, I order water spinach with shrimp paste and eat it with other dishes. When guests or friends come to Indonesia, I always take them to an Indonesian restaurant and try ordering water spinach. And almost 100% of the time, they like the taste of water spinach. This time, I just found out that my parents grow water spinach in Korea and it's a success! So, I'm excited and cooking fresh water spinach like in Indonesia! Hopefully, my family will love it!
