"Both Sides Now" meltdown KCOP-TV Los Angeles (1975)
In 1975, Los Angeles independent TV station KCOP produced and aired the short-lived weekday program "Both Sides Now" featuring conservative newsman and commentator George Putnam and liberal comedian and satirist Mort Sahl. In this episode, Putnam and Sahl have un uncomfortable confrontation. The taping was cut short and the incomplete episode never aired.
