The recipe is also perfect for warmer days and is vegetarian. #PaolaCarosella #AlmaDeCozinheiraNoGNT #Crostini Ingredients: 1 focaccia 100 grams of sliced buffalo mozzarella 100 grams of cherry tomatoes 2 cloves of sliced garlic Olive oil to taste 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of black pepper Balsamic vinegar to taste 1 handful of fresh basil Leaves from 2 sprigs of thyme Preparation: In a frying pan, place the cherry tomatoes, some whole and some halved, a teaspoon of salt, black pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Lightly brown the onions, add the sliced garlic and thyme leaves. Sauté for another 3 minutes, turn off the heat and set aside. Cut the focaccia into slices, drizzle with olive oil and brown the slices on both sides in a skillet. With the focaccia still in the skillet over low heat, place slices of buffalo mozzarella on top. Cover the pan for 2 seconds to melt the cheese. Remove the focaccia slices from the skillet, add another drizzle of olive oil, the cherry tomatoes and, on top, a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
