White Dough Ingredients • 4 cups of all purpose flour • 1 cup of sugar • 1 cup of melted butter • 1 cup of water Dark Flavour Dough Ingredients • 6 cups of all purpose flour • 1 cup of vegetable oil • 1 cup of dark soy sauce • 1 large onion finely chopped • 9-10 cloves of garlic minced • 2 1/2 cups of brown sugar Optional colours ingredients use the same ingredients for the white dough and add 2-4 food colouring of your choice.
