Poltergeist III: The Deluxe Cut - Comparison Preview #1 [The Puddle in the Garage]

NOTE: This is related to a fan project in progress and is not meant for profit. =========== Guess who's back in town... with a makeover. ;) Welcome one & all to this little preview for a personal passion project of mine that's been in the making for a while and is currently about halfway completed at this time. The project in question is called Poltergeist III: The Deluxe Cut, and the goal of it is simple. It is to make Poltergeist III feel like it fits better with the previous two films in the trilogy by cutting/re-editing some scenes, cropping it into 2:35:1 aspect ratio, replacing a majority of the musical score with Jerry Goldsmith, and re-dubbing the lines of the villain Reverend Henry Kane to reflect his characterization in the second film as portrayed by Julian Beck. This comparison preview is meant to show off all of these changed aspects, using the scene where Carol Anne encounters a very unfortunate & harrowing experience with the puddle in the garage, after which it can then be contrasted against the original theatrical version of the same scene. I hope you enjoy this little taste, and that you look forward to more in the near future. =========== MUSIC USED: The Haunting OST by Jerry Goldsmith "Freak Night" by Starcadian =========== 0:00 Foreword 0:35 Deluxe Cut Version 4:22 Theatrical Version
