Ingredients: 1000g water 300g peeled and diced potatoes 100g peeled and diced carrots 100g sliced red pepper 100g broccoli florets 20g olive oil 2 pinches of salt 2 pinches of ground black pepper 4 slices of fresh salmon 1 sliced lemon 1 pinch of sweet paprika 1 pinch of garlic powder 10g soy sauce Step by Step: 1.- Start by mixing the soy sauce with the sweet paprika, garlic powder, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl. Mix with a spoon. 2. We move to the Varoma, insert the chimney, and fill the Varoma with vegetables and potatoes. Thanks to this chimney, even if we fill the Varoma and cover the holes, the steam will be distributed evenly throughout the Varoma. 3. Next, we place the salmon in the Varoma tray. We use the silicone tray, spray it with a little oil, place the salmon slices, salt the salmon fillets, and drizzle with soy sauce. Finally, cover the salmon with the lemon slices. (If you don't have a tray, you can use baking paper, leaving the side openings free for steam circulation.) 4. We add the water to the mixing bowl and program 25 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 2. 5. Once the time is up, our recipe is ready. We brown the salmon for 10 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
