BED FRAME | Simple and Strong | Toyota Coaster Conversion | Bus Build

In this episode we show you how we built a simple and strong double bed frame into our Toyota Coaster. We decided on an east-west bed setup and take you through the materials we used and how to secure the brackets and frames to the bus. We got the materials from bunnings, including: 40x40x3mm galvanised steel angle - these are mounted to the walls of the bus 30x30x2mm square steel hollow sections - these are the three brace beams M6 bolts and washers The tools we used were: M6 RivNuts and RivNut gun - came together in a pack we ordered online Cobalt metal drill bits and drill Socket set Any questions or for more detail on the process, drop us a comment below or send us a message on IG @CzechAusOut.
