Top water Lure fishing for PERCH, PLUS BONUS PIKE

Grabbing a few hours on the Loch after work has been a rare thing the last few years. Used to have the lure bag and rod in the boot for whenever an evening session took my fancy. None more so than when the wife tunes into Love Island for a few months. So, this Summer I decided to get up off my arse and go target some Perch using top water lures like I used to do. A challenge was set. 8.30pm every night until dark until I caught a Perch off the surface. The other challenge, was to try and film solo and see if i could manage it. A small bag was packed with a few lures, a light lure rod and my newly serviced reel were packed into the car. Strictly a lure challenge, so no lobworms have been purchased or harmed in the making of this video.......... well not yet anyways.
